School tomorrow...

I'm starting school full-time tomorrow when my mommy goes back to work. She has mixed feelings about it, but I enjoy it. My friends Phillip and Nicholas cry a lot, but are pretty nice guys. And Marley impresses everyone with her crawling. I spend much of my time playing underneath this dangly toy thingy, going for "buggy rides" in a giant stroller with the other babies and napping. We also try to follow a daily curriculum, which usually includes a lot of tummy time, finger play and several rounds of "where's my belly button."

Merry Christmas!

I got a toy truck and a music box that plays different instruments when you hit its sides. Then we hung out with my cousins and ate ourselves silly (my mom gave me extra baby oatmeal).

The Christmas card

Desperate for a Christmas card picture, my parents put me in a Santa hat and stuffed me in a stocking. It was a last-minute thing.

My many faces...

My debut as a little person

This October, people came far and wide to see me get right with the Lord. It was a fun day, even if I was too little to eat the cupcakes.

The weeks go by...

So far, my life has been filled with many firsts: My first bath, my first visit from Nana, my first fauxhawk.

Homecoming

After a week in the hospital, they let me go home. Now you'd never know I had been so sick. These are my parents, including one picture taken a couple months before I was born. They try.

Welcome to my blog!

Let's get everyone up to speed... I was born July 17, a whole three weeks early. While that's considered "full-term" for most babies, I suffered from what my doctors called "wimpy white male syndrome." Apparently, immature lungs are quite common among my demographic. So I had a bit of a rough start.
